Curb appeal is your only chance to make a positive impact on buyers before they enter your house. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers form their first thoughts about your house and how you perform house's regular maintenance. Knowing this helps us to choose what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't pretty on the outside with refreshed paint and bright garden plants we'll need to address those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Walking-through your house from a buyer's perspective, I'll advise you of arrangements that improve sales appeal. I'll tell you reduce the effect of items that give the illusion of clutter. Table and counter tops should be cleared off. Sentimental items, family photos, and kids' drawings should also be stored away. I can help you de-clutter your house. Ugly or cluttered spaces make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a harder time imagining themselves living there.
I know exactly what a room's best features are and how to show them off. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively affect the sale.
I'll make sure that your house is neutral and that it's comfortable, avoiding "offensive" or "too-bright" colors on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can consider renting furnishings. You want your home to look inviting as opposed to bare.

Setting the Stage
At your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Brightening up each room is critical, so we'll do things like draw back curtains and change light bulbs where needed to show off your property. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests experience your home and make sure a nice fragrance flows throughout your home. We'll include cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your sofa and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your house has the potential to be.
